About Dr. John Stelzer
Dr. John Stelzer has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Maryland, and a Ph.D. in PHILOSOPHY (Logic) from Stanford University. Dr. Stelzer has been an educator at the college and university levels for over 35 years, and first started programming computers in 1962.
Dr. Stelzer teaches two three-term courses at Umpqua Community College in Southwestern Oregon - WORLD RELIGION and PHILOSOPHY, and created and developed the hypermedia CD-ROM titles used in class.

Philosophy CD-ROM covers Ethics, Metaphysics, Artificial Intelligence, Epistemology, Political Philosophy, Social Philosophy, and Logic.
- ALL ABOUT HERBS CD-ROM
All About Herbs CD-ROM consists of four sections:- Cooking With Culinary Herbs
- Common Medicinal Herbs
- Growing Herbs and Vegetables in Raised Beds
- Bethune (a 19th Century pharmacopoeia)
- Cooking With Culinary Herbs
In 1995, Dr. Stelzer began developing World Wide Web home pages for select Clients through Hyper Link, Inc.
